Policy Overview
This Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (“Policy”) governs your use of PlanScaler web products, AI tools, browser extensions, and related services (the “Service”), operated by Skyslips LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
Effective Date: March 31, 2026
Legal Notice: This policy is provided for transparency and operational compliance. It is not legal advice. For jurisdiction-specific requirements, consult qualified legal counsel.

You must meet the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction to use the Service.
1.2 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for your credentials, account activity, and maintaining accurate account information.
1.3 Service Scope
PlanScaler provides web-based AI tools, chat workflows, project and assistant features, file-based workflows, and browser extensions designed for analysis, strategy generation, and productivity.
1.4 Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including unauthorized access, abuse of platform resources, generation of unlawful content, reverse engineering, or disruption of service operations.
1.5 Billing, Credits, and Subscriptions
Paid usage, subscriptions, and credit consumption are governed by the pricing and limits published in-product. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
1.6 Intellectual Property
PlanScaler software, brand, and platform assets are owned by Skyslips LLC. You retain ownership of your original inputs and materials, subject to third-party rights and applicable law.
1.7 Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of this Policy, abuse, fraud, legal risk, or security risk.
1.8 Disclaimers and Liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
2) Privacy Policy
2.1 Data We Collect
We may collect account data (name, email), billing metadata, AI prompts/responses, project content, uploads, usage telemetry, support requests, and technical diagnostics needed to operate the Service.
2.2 How We Use Data
We use data to deliver features, personalize experience, secure systems, improve quality, process billing, and meet legal obligations.
2.3 Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share data with infrastructure, analytics, payment, and AI processing providers solely to operate and secure the Service, or as required by law.
2.4 Data Retention & Deletion
We retain data for operational, legal, and security purposes for a reasonable period. You may request deletion or account closure, subject to legal and fraud-prevention obligations.
2.5 Security
We implement technical and organizational controls designed to protect data. No system is guaranteed to be 100% secure.
2.6 Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies and related technologies for authentication, preference storage, diagnostics, and performance.
2.7 User Rights
Depending on jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal data. Requests are handled through official support channels.
3) Browser Extension Disclosures
3.1 Extension Data Access
When you trigger extension features, the extension may process active-tab context (for example: page URL, title, and text excerpts) to generate requested AI output.
3.2 Permissions
Extension permissions are limited to required functionality (such as active tab access, storage, and API communication). We request only permissions needed for product features.
3.3 Transport and Processing
Extension requests are transmitted over secure HTTPS to PlanScaler API endpoints and routed to configured AI providers.
3.4 Failure Handling
If a website restricts script access, extension features may degrade gracefully and remain operational where possible.
4) AI & Generated Content Notice
AI outputs may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all generated content before using it in business, legal, hiring, financial, or operational decisions.
You should not submit highly sensitive regulated data unless you have confirmed your compliance obligations and data handling requirements.
5) Compliance & Jurisdiction
We aim to operate in alignment with applicable federal and state privacy and consumer protection obligations. If your use case is subject to specialized regimes (for example sector-specific regulations), you are responsible for ensuring lawful usage of the Service.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
6) Contact
